IGOR SWAMP

I am Igor Swamp – a Finnish producer and sound explorer active in the electronic dance music scene since the 90`s. My signature sound blends zipping, whipping, and whirring synth lines with intricately layered percussive rhythms—crafting a dynamic and psychedelic audio landscape where northern mysticism meets raw urban energy.

Music production, mastering, and teaching electronic music are my passions. Every track I create is shaped with care and precision, reflecting decades of experience as a self-taught acoustic designer, sound engineer, and live performance technician. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge with fellow musicians while continually exploring new sonic possibilities.

On stage, I guide audiences through immersive live sets, taking listeners on psychedelic journeys full of intricate rhythms and hypnotic melodies. Having witnessed the growth and transformation of the global psytrance scene over the past three decades, it is a true joy for me to share both my classic goatrance and suomisoundi tracks as well as cutting-edge, finely tuned modern productions.

It has been an honor to perform at major festivals across the globe including Alegria, Antaris Project, BOOM Festival, Dance of Shiva, DOOF, Freqs of Nature, Gaggalagga, Kosmos Festival, Lost Theory, Midnight Sun Festival, OuterZone, Sol Festival, WAHA Festival, Wild Horses and many more.

In 2025, I joined the legendary Australian label Psy-Harmonics, and I continue to release music with Japan musiclabel NULLZONE.

Beyond Igor Swamp, I am one half of the globally recognized psytrance duo Salakavala. Every performance, track, and teaching session is part of my lifelong journey through sound, connection, and the discovery of music.
